Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contact@cerberusantibot.com or from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you are in, and you keep access until then. You will not be charged again.

Refunds

• First subscription payment: if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
• Later months: monthly fees are not refundable for part-used months, but you are never billed after cancelling.
• Service failure: if the service is unavailable for a material part of a month because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will credit or refund a fair proportion of that month's fee.
• Billing errors: any amount charged in error is refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of approval.
