What we collect
When you contact us or become a customer: your name, work email, company, website, billing details and the content of your messages. When the service runs on a customer's site: technical signals about each request (IP address, user agent, device and behavioural signals) used only to tell people from bots, which we process on behalf of that customer.
Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and provide demos (legitimate interests).
- To provide the service, bill for it and support you (contract).
- To keep records required by law, such as invoices (legal obligation).
- To detect and prevent abuse of our own service (legitimate interests).
Sharing
We use carefully chosen suppliers for hosting, email and payment processing, under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell personal data.
Where data is processed
In the UK and the European Economic Area. If a supplier processes data elsewhere, we use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 2 years. Customer and billing records: 6 years after the end of the contract. Request signals: no longer than 30 days unless a customer agrees otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
